• Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping Options:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.

• Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.

• International Shipping: Delivery times vary by location. International orders may take longer to process and ship. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing and delivery due to customs clearance and international shipping times. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

Backorders:

Occasionally, due to high demand, certain products may be on backorder. If an item in your order is on backorder, we will notify you via email with an estimated restock date. Here's how we handle backorders:

• Partial Shipments: If some items in your order are in stock, we will ship those items immediately and notify you about the backordered item. You will not be charged additional shipping for the second shipment.

• Full Backorder: If your entire order is on backorder, we will notify you with an estimated shipping date. Your order will be shipped as soon as the product is back in stock.
