Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.

International Shipping: Delivery times vary by location. International orders may take longer to process and ship. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing and delivery due to customs clearance and international shipping times. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

Backorders:
Occasionally, due to high demand, certain products may be on backorder. If an item in your order is on backorder, we will notify you via email with an estimated restock date. Here's how we handle backorders:

Partial Shipments: If some items in your order are in stock, we will ship those items immediately and notify you about the backordered item. You will not be charged additional shipping for the second shipment.

Full Backorder: If your entire order is on backorder, we will notify you with an estimated shipping date. Your order will be shipped as soon as the product is back in stock.

We currently ship to select countries worldwide. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing and delivery due to international customs procedures and extended shipping times.

Shipping Costs:

Lost or Damaged Items:

Refund Policy for Dietary Supplements

Timeframe: You may request a refund for your dietary supplement purchase within 15 days of receiving your order. After 15 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Opened Products: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used dietary supplements. Refunds are only available for unopened products in their original, sealed packaging.

Proof of Purchase: To complete your refund, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Request a Refund

Refund Approval: Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is unopened, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be credited to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at admin@purebloodsupplements.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will issue a full refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges for dietary supplements due to hygiene and safety standards. However, if your item is defective or damaged, we will send you a replacement at no extra charge.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the processing period:
